Hey Dr. Sherk,
Right now I’m going through what feels like the hard way to level up out of the field and into an operations position. It seems like there are plenty of opportunities for someone with my experience to move up, but the companies that I’ve dealt with want a trainer/ field employee/ recall tech/ manager/ recruiter/ customer service specialist/ salesman, while only offering what an experienced tech would make doing service. Sorry if that was a bit of a rant, but that’s my current experience.
